DU application registration will be from May 30, 2019 (8 PM).
The first cutoff list of UG courses will be announced on June 20, 2019.

The application process for UG, PG courses starts every year in May.
Candidates who have passed Higher Secondary Examination (class 12) from the recognized board can apply in UG courses.
Merit-based UG courses include screening of merit marks in the final entry.
For many UG courses such as B. Tech, BMS, BBA-FIA etc., candidates have to appear for the University entrance examination.
For admission test, admission card will be available online within one week of the last date of application.
Those who get admission in PG courses must have a bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines with minimum required set.
Registration for UG, PG courses can be done through the usual registration portal available on the official DU website.
For various academic programs presented by the university, the examination pattern will vary. Examinations conducted for PG courses will be an OMR based examination. Candidates should also note that in case of merit-based UG courses, no admission test will be held. The entrance examination will be conducted only for many UG courses (admission-based) and PG courses. For PGDCSL, the admissions will be done on the basis of merit and the combined qualification of personal interview.

Delhi University also offers postgraduate courses at postgraduate level along with graduation. School of Open Learning (SOL), DU has been established to fulfill the objective of distance education.

Note: In addition to the general cutoff list for the students of the board recognized by the DU, students of AiU, UGC or MHRD affiliated schools will be considered for admission to the University of Delhi based on different merit list. To meet this objective, the University has a specific grade point conversion system.
